職務說明:
1. Drive the efforts around prospecting, selling, and closing new Connected Mobility projects - globally
2. Provide market feedback to internal teams to align our technology and HW platform development
3. Be the client-centric day-to-day business contact for current CMB accounts
4. Build and maintain direct relationships with gatekeepers and key decision-makers within client organizations
5. Own the flow of communication for ongoing and new projects - RFI through mass production and beyond
6. Participate in ongoing client calls with Asia based project and account management teams. These occur Monday through Thursday evenings US time.
7. Spend 25% of your time traveling domestically and internationally (Asia, Europe)
8. Make annual presentations directly to CEO and COO

專長條件:
1. A strong understanding of the OEM/ODM/JDM business models and key operational aspects of hardware product manufacturing
2. Five or more years experience in sales, business development, or marketing from initial market research, to first contact techniques and business contract negotiations
3. Five or more years experience in connected industrial IoT HW devices in industries such as Fleet, Transportation, Micromobility, etc.
4. Comfort presenting in front of groups with an ability to demonstrate confidence, respect, and humility
5. Fantastic communication skills with a focus on detail and clarity
6. Ability to own and drive initiatives – know what you need to succeed, ask for help when you need it, and deliver on the commitments you make to internal and external stakeholders
7. A strong cross-cultural understanding working with colleagues in Asia
8. Bachelor’s Degree is required
